I'm extremely satisfied with Big Sky Contracting. They tore off and installed a whole new roof within a day. Chad handled all the home owner insurance issues and always kept me informed along the way. He also handled any permits that were needed. They cleaned up everything perfectly afterwards (no nails, no old shingles or roofing materials). Chad was a pleasure to work with and explained the process thoroughly before all the work began. I would highly recommend Big Sky.... At first I did not want the hassles of putting a new roof on my home but Chad made it super easy. With my busy schedule he was extremely flexible and understanding. No pressure and very easy to work with concerning weather, schedules and seasons. As Gardener and having the install done in June I was very concerned about my flowers and shrubs. The day of the install his crew was super friendly and even carried my dog to my car to ensure she did not step on any roofing nails. At the end of the install, the clean up was very detailed and efficient. The crew took extra care to make sure all nails were picked up and disposed. The crew also put everything back in place on my patio! All my flowers and shrubs were in perfect condition! Most importantly, Chad followed up afterwards to ensure I was satisfied with his work.
